In this comfortably furnished 4-star apartment you will lack nothing to enjoy a well-deserved vacation. In the entire apartment, you can use free Wi-Fi und Netflix. The total area including covered balcony is approximately 100 m2. The house also has two parking spaces in the underlying parking garage! In the winter, this means a frost- and snow-free car in the morning to the ski slopes!

 Layout 

• Hall: a spacious hall, cloakroom with storage space for your coats, snow boots, ski helmets etc.
• Bathroom: a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, towel radiator and ample storage space.
• Toilet: spacious toilet with hand basin.
• Bedroom 1: 2-person box spring and bunk bed, ample clothes shelves and clothes hooks, large Smart TV.
• Bedroom 2: 2-person box spring and a single bed, ample clothes shelves and clothes hooks, large Smart TV and doors to the south facing balcony.
• Storage: for suitcases, washing machine and dryer. Free use of detergents. High chair and camp bed available.
• Kitchen: luxury kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Extensive luxury crockery and kitchen equipment. All useful kitchen appliances are present, including a Nespresso coffee machine (also small things like corkscrew, scissors, cheese slicer, etc.). There is also a large dining area with seating for 7 adults.
• Living room: spacious sitting area with comfortable and top-quality furniture. Large 50-inch Smart TV with sound bar. Ideal for watching movies or streaming your music from your Tablet/Smartphone. The Smart TV also includes Netflix, which gives you access to all the desired films! From the living room, you can also reach the generous south-facing balcony through French doors.
• Balcony/Terrace: the covered balcony features lighting, terrace furniture for 6 people and a sun lounger.
• Extra note: pets and smoking not allowed.
• Sommer offers: You will also receive free access to the Lungaucard during the summer months (from 1 June till 31 October)! We want you to enjoy your stay and have a pleasant experience for everyone. Therefore, we kindly ask you to take the following rules into account:

1. **Religious experience:** We respect everyone's faith, but to prevent inconvenience to local residents, we kindly ask you not to hold any active religious practices, rituals or religious gatherings in or around the home. This applies both indoors and outdoors.
2. **Hygiene:** We attach great importance to a clean and fresh home for all guests. Therefore, we ask you to observe the following hygiene rules during your stay: - Leave the home clean and clean up any food leftovers. - Avoid preparing dishes that cause extreme cooking smells or strongly spiced smells that can linger in the home for a long time. - Strictly follow the waste separation rules as indicated in the instructions and try to limit the amount of waste so that containers in the waste area do not fill up prematurely. - Bringing your own ovens and/or baking equipment is not permitted.
3. **Safety:** Please note that the smoke alarm in the home is sensitive. If the alarm goes off, the fire brigade will automatically be called out. This can entail considerable costs that can be charged to you, so please pay close attention while cooking. During normal use, the smoke alarm will of course not go off by itself.
4. **General peace:** Respect the peace and privacy of the neighbours. Please keep the volume of music or other sound sources at a civilised level, especially in the evenings.
