Enjoy your holiday in the beautiful Lärchenhof accommodation in the middle of nature and absolute peace. Lärchenhof is located on the south flank of the Fanningberg at an altitude of approximately 1400 meters, with a truly spectacular panoramic view of the Lungau!

The accommodation is located directly on various cycling and walking routes of the Fanningberg. The village center of Mauterndorf, with numerous cozy restaurants, bakeries, supermarket and nice shops, is just a 5-minute drive from the accommodation and the golf course just 10-minutes. Ski areas Lungau & Katschberg, Obertauern and Fanningberg are also very close by (5 to 10 minutes).

Enjoy a sunny brunch on the south-facing terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a breathtaking view over the valley towards Mauterndorf and Tamsweg. From the apartment you can walk directly to the wellness and swimming pool. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be reached directly from the parking garage. The storage areas for skis and ski boots are also accessible indoors.

The apartment is suitable for 2 to a maximum of 4 people. Because there is both a sofa bed and a bunk bed in addition to the 2-person box spring bed, the desired sleeping choice can be made depending on the group. For example, if you are with small children, the bunk bed can be chosen, so that the parents can watch TV in the evening in the living area. If you come in a different composition, the sofa bed can again offer a solution. The choice is yours!

Hall: wardrobe with storage space for your coats, snow boots, ski helmets, etc.
Bathroom: luxurious bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, heated mirror, towel radiator.
Bedroom: 2-person box spring and bunk bed, ample clothing shelves and clothes hooks.
Kitchen: luxury compact kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and dishwasher. Extensive crockery and kitchen equipment. Various handy kitchen appliances are available and all other things have been thought of (including the little things such as corkscrew, scissors, cheese slicer, etc.). In addition, there is a dining area with seating for 4 people.
Living room: sitting area with comfortable and top quality furniture. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable 2-person sofa bed if desired. Smart TV. 
Terrace: from the living room/kitchen you can reach the spacious south-facing terrace through patio doors. The terrace has lighting, a fully-fledged terrace set for 4 people, a parasol and a sun lounger.

1. **Religious experience:** We respect everyone's faith, but to prevent inconvenience to local residents, we kindly ask you not to hold any active religious practices, rituals or religious gatherings in or around the home. This applies both indoors and outdoors.
2. **Hygiene:** We attach great importance to a clean and fresh home for all guests. Therefore, we ask you to observe the following hygiene rules during your stay: - Leave the home clean and clean up any food leftovers. - Avoid preparing dishes that cause extreme cooking smells or strongly spiced smells that can linger in the home for a long time. - Strictly follow the waste separation rules as indicated in the instructions and try to limit the amount of waste so that containers in the waste area do not fill up prematurely. - Bringing your own ovens and/or baking equipment is not permitted.
3. **Safety:** Please note that the smoke alarm in the home is sensitive. If the alarm goes off, the fire brigade will automatically be called out. This can entail considerable costs that can be charged to you, so please pay close attention while cooking. During normal use, the smoke alarm will of course not go off by itself.
4. **General peace:** Respect the peace and privacy of the neighbours. Please keep the volume of music or other sound sources at a civilised level, especially in the evenings.
