Tamsweg can be reached smooth by car from the A10, without difficult mountain passes. In the winter you can drive to the valley stations of the skiing areas Katschberg-Aineck, Grosseck-Speiereck and Fanningberg in a few minutes. Within 20 minutes by car you can reach the lifts of Obertauern, recently voted as Austria's most snow sure area and the area with the most snow. The ski bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away.

You don't want to miss out on a well-deserved holiday in this comfortable and tastefully decorated 4-star garden apartment. The total size including terrace with covered balcony is approximately 122 m2. The balcony is located facing the sunny south and invites you to sit outside and soak in the sun. This apartment has four bedrooms. For optimum quality of life and living comfort, the carpenter lovingly tailor-made the furniture. The very generously equipped, modern kitchen offers the possibility to cook even for several people. Electrically controlled roller blinds and high-quality mattresses ensure a peaceful, restful sleep. After an active day outdoors, the double bath or walk-in shower provides wonderful relaxation. Two separate big-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi are included. In addition, the apartment has 2 parking spaces in the lower garage. During the winter, this means that you can drive to the pistes with an ice and snow-free car. The complex has a central lift. There is also a heated ski depot in the common area.

The Lungau is a high plateau, at an altitude of more than 1000 metres above sea level. Due to the sunny warm summer and the very snow-sure cold winter, it is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts. In autumn mushroom or mushroom pickers get their money's worth. The states of Caranthia and Steiermark are nearby, offering many and varied excursions within easy reach. This location also makes excursions possible to Italy and Slovenia.

2. **Hygiene:** We attach great importance to a clean and fresh home for all guests. Therefore, we ask you to observe the following hygiene rules during your stay: - Leave the home clean and clean up any food leftovers. - Avoid preparing dishes that cause extreme cooking smells or strongly spiced smells that can linger in the home for a long time. - Strictly follow the waste separation rules as indicated in the instructions and try to limit the amount of waste so that containers in the waste area do not fill up prematurely. - Bringing your own ovens and/or baking equipment is not permitted.
3. **Safety:** Please note that the smoke alarm in the home is sensitive. If the alarm goes off, the fire brigade will automatically be called out. This can entail considerable costs that can be charged to you, so please pay close attention while cooking. During normal use, the smoke alarm will of course not go off by itself.
4. **General peace:** Respect the peace and privacy of the neighbours. Please keep the volume of music or other sound sources at a civilised level, especially in the evenings.
